•The base is made of high duty cast iron, movable and fixed fingers
made of hardened steel.
•The construction of the movable finger provides additional tightness
of the workpiece to the base.
•Finger plates – movable can be installed on both sides of
the fingers.
•Spindle is installed into needle bearer which provides easy rotation.
•In case of changes of laps the mechanical processing is necessary for their working
surfaces in assembly with vices to get the accuracy
parameters announced in the technical documentation.
•Applied for final procession of fine parts in precision boring,
milling CNC machines.
